He has sent multiple requests to Fortnite support but they said they couldn’t help with anything. 2 days ago he did a glitch one day later he got banned for 24 hours bc he did the glitch and the next morning he was permanently banned. He didn’t use the glitch to his advantage, he didn’t win the game and he only did it once. In the ticket it said that Fortnite support didn’t have the power to unban, so I was wondering if u might help, he had played it’s game from the start and it’s heartbreaking that he got banned for no valid reason
