I applied 3 times and got rejected after the final interview. And now after my 4th attempt I past the final interview and got medical screenings right away after a week of waiting for the result the airline emailed me saying that after carefully acsseing my application I did not fit the role. At this point I honestly don't get, I really need closure. Any advice should I re apply after 6mnths should I stop. This is my dream Job btw

Thank you for stressing on the importance of wearing nylons/pantyhose to a FA interview. Women should definitely without question dress the part, and obviously, wearing basic and plain coloured sheer tan or black hosiery to complement their interview attire should be mandated - bar none. Sometimes airline companies will be present at college, university or even vocational school job fairs. I'm sure you know there are a lot of young women who almost NEVER prepare well for these special events, NOT knowing that they could be interviewed or even offered the job right on the spot. As a guy who used to frequent these job fairs in my younger years, I cannot tell you how many young out-of-high school or college-aged women job seekers I have seen dressed unprofessionally in plain coloured tees, with blue jeans, shorts, capris or even yoga pants and sometimes even tennis shoes or flip flops going to these fairs talking to employers with very professionally dressed business representatives. I cannot tell you the exact number, and I'd be at some of these lengthy job fairs for up to six or seven hours, but I will say the majority of women I saw dressed in inappropriate apparel...and NO hosiery whatsoever. That's attire for factory work, food service or your local YMCA, NOT clothing you wear for schools, or high-end retailers (namely most jewelers or luxury department stores,) office or airline companies. Only a small handful of women I saw at these fairs dressed somewhat conservatively and professionally, and almost all of them wore tan or black tights/hose while they were seeking jobs. I'd rather see a woman filing an application or even interviewing at a job fair dressed in a polo shirt and a clean thigh high business-casual miniskirt or a casual patterned dress with ballerina flats or loafers, platform open or closed toe heels or peep toe dress heels or flats, an of course, basic tan or black tights/pantyhose while openly carrying a pen, notebook and a folder full of resumes and references than I would a girl wearing just a plain coloured tee, jeans, shorts or yoga pants, and tennis shoes or flip flops. At least they're somewhat serious about job seeking, and besides, they're still young and inexperienced, so give them credit for trying to dress up appropriately in their job search, even if they do miss the mark. Wearing a decent passable shirt/blouse and skirt/dress (regardless of length) with any business-casual or dressy shoes and tan or black tights/hose is ALWAYS a plus for ANY job fair employer. Better than tees, jeans or shorts and sneakers or flip flops. I'm sure you would agree with me on that.

Hi! Im flying internationally for my f2f and flying in the day before. After the interview do they fly you home right away or is it possible to request leaving the next day? I was thinking that i might have to stay in town one last night after the interview to take care of something, but not sure how their process is when it comes to that.
