ОтветитьAt 61, I finally understand how to reset my hormones. I feel better now that I am eating a better diet of more superfoods. I was always pretty thin, but as soon as I turned 60 it all went out the window. I am learning and changing everyday, thanks to Dr. Mindy❤️💯

Ответитьas a disabled person living it sheltered accom i feel olots better after i have increased my protein intake , i live next to a park , so i open my window and look out , i know i dont exercise enough thats being dealt with but i also feel that ive taken chare makes me feel better , just finished my 2nd 16 hour fast but i must admit before started lastnight had a kfc trilogy meal that although i know is not good for me did have 60g protein , ive bought some duck eggs to try and some kto nut bars , however i do think taking charge your life is important , we have 2 women next to me disabled and dont want any responsibility one has downs and for yrs has been told to stop dxrinking so much coke that gives her urine infection and other one in wheelchair they get people to do everything for them , they grew up in care i didnt i worked all my life i fought to goto a normal school , so i think taking charge of your life is one major way to feel happy

decided to try Pumpkin seeds as a night snack.. and I would crash out 😴😴 . Put 2 and 2 together after awhile. "What did I do different" must be the pumpkin seeds.". read up and learned pumpkin seeds contain tryptophan.

I latched on to your videos and was impressed with the results you formulated. I tried a 17-hour fast (I hope I did it right) and it was very easy, so easy, in fact, the next day (today) I'd like to try a 24-hour fast. I am hoping the fasting window begins when you swallow your last bite of food and not 8 hours after. Which is it?
My eating window is 4 to 5 hours which I have my teas and fruit smoothie'

Ответить??????Could you address the issues of genes, so many people think they influence your health so much and they only influence like 6%, can you do a video on this. We can turn on and turn off genes by what we do. Great information, Circadian rhythm is huge one, had no idea it influence so many hormones and your melatonin for sleep.
ОтветитьDear Dr. Mindy, I'm so excited to share with YOU, and YOUR audience- about TODAY's accomplishment because I feel you are the only ones who can really understand and appreciate it. Well, today I made my first 24 hour fasting: ) YESSS! I started Intermittent fasting in October 2021, and since then, I have lost 40 pounds, started eating more responsibly -no an extreme either, and feeling so wonderful, full of energy and good health (for a year now, I have been consistently fasting 16 to 18 hs). For you interested in 24+hrs. fasting, it actually was not bad at all waiting these six hours extra – I have done 20 hours before.
To share the day, I started at 8:30PM and my last meal was a protein shake. Note: it was not a water-alone-fast. My drinks began at 7AM with a warm glass of water and my Thyroid medicine. After my shower, a Yoli-Passion powder with 16oz of water; 9AM, 16oz of black very black coffee; noon, 16oz of water with electrolyte powder; 3PM, 16oz water with collagen and Matcha tea powder; 5:30PM, 16oz a mint hot tea (my stomach felt funny and this tea never fails: ) --Broke the fast with a homemade veggie black beans soup and 2 hardboiled eggs.
Perhaps these powder additions to the water are not recommendable for total healing, or not? What do you think?

ОтветитьEver since I started listening to Dr. Mindy, I started to push myself to do longer fasts. I was used to fasting 16 hours a day every single day. Sometimes I would push it to 17 or 20 hours but never beyond that. Now for the past month I’ve been doing 130 hour fast a week, and then the rest of the week is usually 16 or more hours of daily fasting, but my menstrual cycle has changed now. And I have been spotting every single day for the past 2 1/2 weeks. I’m not sure what’s going on. But I definitely know that it’s linked to the fasting.
ОтветитьI have a friend and his mother just turned 102! And he didn't even tell a news channel about it either! They should definitely interview her! I know that she is a Christian, and she has an awesome faith! And she sings in a singing group too! Anyway, I think his mom is awesome!
