While I name my characters "sensibly", I do have fun with naming my ranger's pets. The one I'm most proud of is Sir Francis, who is, of course, a drake.

First time i logged in gw2. Small crowd of noobs here and there, all level 1-10, all dressed in the same silly starting gear. And there he was, a knight in marvelous, shining armour. Not only max level, but he had 300+ something over his name. And title sort of "Unbreakable champion" (i dont remember, but it was intimidating). He was mounted on a big, magnificent creature. I was roaming around him in circles, angling my camera for better view. Like WOW, THIS GAME IS GREAT. THIS CHARACTER IS AMAZING!

His name was "Sir Fapps A Lot".

Duo queue pvp friends IRL. Mesmers. "Illvva" and "Illwa".

Best character I ever got in my pug group for dungeons in FFXIV was Beef McBeef.

One of the best ones I've seen is Dream Gurl, you can usually find them doing world bosses.

It really tells a story...

No giant fat Norn named Getin Mahbelly? Or an Asura Necromancer called the Diet Coke of Evil? Or my personal favorite, a Sylvari badass named Saytons (Satan's) Onion. Why? Cuz he makes the devil cry. lolololol

I guess I make names wrong, I look up what words mean in other languages, or find obscure heroes from obscure pantheons and myth cycles... And then I see a name like BEN DOVER and I wonder why I was being so extra when nobody cares? 😅

I have a charr warrior named Mlep Jinglesnoot, an asura ranger named Potatoes Ann; she has a dog named gravy. Got silly with the naming. =b
Also Seventh Sanctum and fantasy name generator are good sites to go to get inspiration.

I like using names of book characters I've liked recently that fit the class I am playing. I always do love and appreciate a funny, cute, or pun like name though.

The absolute best name I've seen so far, was a chrono tank who was called Uncle Clock Block

I struggle to name my characters to this day. My video on this would be 2 hours 5 minutes long.

Lately, I've been slamming the keyboard and then filling in vowels. Works pretty well so far.

pick a bunch of erotic words for your fem human / norn and google translate it to Samoan... the possibilities are endless

But what came first... the name of the character or the channel?🤔

Can't name my characters like that lol i dont know why but it feels really wrong
