Creating Excel file from database using Spring Boot | Creating API to download excel from DB

Hi Durgesh, I am a software tester, just wanted to know if any automation tester has to automate this api which is exporting the data into an excel sheet, then what all headers are required to download the data into a particular file? Could you please help with this..

Thanks BUT a major flaw in this design is that in case of very large data from db it’s not good design as it can lag and corrupt. Shouldn’t we directly stream the data from dab and write the stream to the excel file while sending the file as stream bytes? What do you say sir?
