ОтветитьGood
Ответить👍👍
ОтветитьI found a product on Amazon (UK) and noticed that they've nabbed a screenshot from your video to use in their advert...
(The product was "Original Delft Clay & Casting Frame Cast Iron Mold").
Anyway, great video... thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Thank you. I never thought about heating up the pour spout. That makes sense.
ОтветитьGreat video and info. Thanks for sharing with a new sub.😎⛏⛏🔥🔥
ОтветитьA wonderful presentation!
ОтветитьCan you use bulkier, more intricate items? I have a really bulky gold ring I'd like to replicate as a lot of people comment on it and would like one and I have a lot of scrap gold
ОтветитьGreat video! Thanks for teaching step by step. Mine always gets alot bubbles 😒
ОтветитьWhen I go to slide off the top half of the mould, the frame slides away without the sand, the same keeps it’s shape it just comes away as a solid piece separately. But if I put too much pressure on it, the sand sticks to the layer below and the same thing happens, the frame comes off on its own.
ОтветитьYou've earned a sub
ОтветитьNice! I’d never heard of delft clay. Now I want to get some. Thank you.
ОтветитьThank you sir!!! All my stuff came in the mail today and I’m going to cast a Signet ring I sculpted out of wax!! Exciting stuff!!
ОтветитьJust wondering, would it be better to leave the wood/ring in the sand until you are just ready to clamp both metal frames together?? Seems like less possibility of sand falling into area where hot metal will be.
ОтветитьLoved the video! I learned a lot! Thanks for sharing!
ОтветитьIt was a great tutorial on casting ! what grit sand paper do you use for your sander? i am new to this and would like to try my hand at it this winter. Also wondering what kind of torch head would be best to use for the melting process.
ОтветитьIf you're ambitious you can make your own casting sand and save some money.
ОтветитьGood work bro, thanks.
ОтветитьDoes this come out high detail for bigger 3D objects
ОтветитьCon que se humedece la arcilla?
ОтветитьSubscribed! Good luck with your channel and you casting
ОтветитьHi thanks for your help in this beautiful art but, I ask you, why when I do the casting, my ring is incomplete?
ОтветитьHi this sang mud is resusable or not
And need water to mix mud or not pls reply
Thanks, really informative video.
ОтветитьThanks God!!! A real good video that explains everything simple .👍🥳
ОтветитьThanks for the video :D <3
ОтветитьGreat video but I have a question that how long can we keep on using that burner or torch?I mean can we keep on igniting it for hours or do we need to give it a rest?it is dangerous to keep it on ignition for hours because it could get too hot or can we use it for as long as we want?
ОтветитьIf your dish is already glazed up with borax ,when melting metals do you still need to sparkle borax on it ?
ОтветитьI've duplicated a number of keys in bronze this way. Some key blanks are not to be found at the hardware store.
ОтветитьBro , great video! I am planning on making my own ring and your video was perfect instructions for me. I love it and that ring turned out great.
ОтветитьHey there where can I get the stuff you used for this sir?
ОтветитьGreat job
ОтветитьBro how to shine a burned gold?
ОтветитьWhere did you get this set up?
ОтветитьThank you very much for this excellent video.... You are helping ALOT OF PEOPLE
ОтветитьVery cool
ОтветитьHello Allen, have you attempted to create a hollow form type ring shape (not hollow though, same shape but solid) with this method instead of plain Jane wedding band? I’m currently attempting as I speak...I will let you know how it comes out, I did to have make some extra adjustments in addition to the standard method, I’m getting ready to pour in the mold now... would be great to know your thoughts about this...thx
ОтветитьWhat torch is this?
ОтветитьWhat are you doing your melting money
ОтветитьRed colour sand name???
ОтветитьI'm curious if they are big enough for pommels. I could easily see a knife pommel, but not sure about much bigger.
ОтветитьI like ur work. Can u learn us how to make casting clay?
ОтветитьCan i pour wax into one of these molds to make a copy of a ring i want to make some adjustments to?
ОтветитьPretty cool.
ОтветитьIf I’m using this wax and put some details on it eg a design on the front does the clay pick it up or not
ОтветитьGreat job man! I learned a lot and will be making similar things! Cheers!
Ответитьthank you for a great video, just subbed and thumbs - up, be strong, be safe, and be blessed
ОтветитьYou’re doing it wrong...
Your first half of frame should be flipped the other way when you pack the sand, that way the baking sheet makes a perfectly flat edge.
After you fill it flip it over and do the steps
Can you craft a ring from beeswax and then cast it using this method, or does it need to be a special type of wax?
