how to fix account spending limit on Facebook

I have a prepaid account and I’m being told I’ve reached my limit and I can’t reset it

So I had set up a Fb AD account with manual payment system from which I couldn’t reset the *account spending limit*.

So now I have created a new Ad account where I haven’t set the spending limit yet but I am not able to see the the Set Account Spending Limit option in the payment settings

Can you help me how I can make that option visible or is there any helpline number of meta?
