This exciting. I've been an avid reader for 70 years and this is my favorite. The trailer seems to have captured the flavor of the book, the only one to bring me to tears. With Debussy in the background I can feel those emotions welling up again.
ОтветитьPlz don't screw it up plz don't screw it up😂
ОтветитьClaire de Lune by Claude Debussy
ОтветитьI've been waiting for this. Saint Malo, what a wonderful place .
ОтветитьAnd where are the freckles 😢
Ответитьmore propaganda?
ОтветитьWay way way over the top
ОтветитьI love the book but I'd be a lot more excited if it wasn't made by Netflix.
Ответитьhugh laurie yo daria mi vida por ti
ОтветитьIs this movie about Anne Frank.
ОтветитьThe music gives me Walking Dead vibes
ОтветитьCame here to see Hugh Lorie
ОтветитьI don't read many literature, but I know this book. It is a good book, nevertheless I don't like the history because it is sad.
Ответитьthis will be a near impossible one to not botch
ОтветитьPlease, please, please, read the book first!
Or - even better- LISTEN it first!!!
Only when you hear it at first you can understand the world of Marie-Laure and Werner, who are connected through hearing.
It is really difficult to show in the film what Anthony Doerr describes so delicately - I hope it succeeds.
C'est tourné dans ma ville 😊 les décors étaient magnifiques 😍
ОтветитьPulitzer my ass.
Ответитьmy god, I love this book
ОтветитьSeriously, it was whose decision to choose this background music for this film's trailer which was previously used few years ago for the trailer# 01 of "Godzilla: King of the Monsters" which suit on it so well but not this. The syncing of the music with each actions, sound effects & dialogues of human characters & monster characters so nicely that whenever I'm listening it it's trailer is playing in my mind, not this.
ОтветитьIt was such a good book…. So glad that they are making this…. ❤️
ОтветитьI'm so excited to watch every movie on this platform Netflix❤.
ОтветитьI've read the book about 4 times now and each time is more magical than the last. I hope this live adaptation could capture every ounce of its beauty.
Ответитьthat's how trailers should be.. you get very much intrigued, without even hearing anyone speak or (if you don't know the book) know anything specific about it.. :D love it!
ОтветитьSometimes, some very rare times, even a trailer is ART - like this one here…..
ОтветитьThis rivals the Godzilla trailer.
ОтветитьI thought Godzilla would should now
ОтветитьBook was so boring...
Ответитьwhere was this when I had to read this book for summer reading in high school
ОтветитьJonas ❤
ОтветитьIs this a series or a movie?
ОтветитьSooo excited
Ответитьoh my god it has hugh laurie!!!! i cannot wait to see it...
ОтветитьDoes anyone know where I can find this version of Claire de Lune as a track? TIA!
ОтветитьAt no point during this trailer did I encounter anything that would entice me to watch this film.
ОтветитьI'm never watching anything by this covid-scared bitch.
Ответитьtrailers tan absurdos
ОтветитьWho does your copy editing? "...Werner Pfennig, a brilliant German teenager"??? Come on Netflix, you are paying too much money for these mistakes. Nice trailer BTW.
ОтветитьAHHHHH I had no idea. I read this years ago months after it came out and now I'm finding out about a movie
ОтветитьI don't have much hope because Netflix's production literally sucks. I am just hoping to be proved wrong but Netflix somehow has the way to sap the creativity out of the majority of Hollywood movies.
I have only rarely liked Netflix movies tbh but since it's a Pulitzer Award winner I am hoping they do justice this time or else it will be another disaster of a movie. I give 10/10 to the trailer; The storytelling is just amazing. It instantly draws you in.
So keeping my fingers crossed for this one.
I read this book for summer reading when I was going into sophomore year. I was in an honors English class, and we were always taught to over-analyze every minute detail of literature and read in between the lines for metaphors and symbolism and all this other stuff. “All the Light” is proof that you don’t have to over-analyze a novel or piece to enjoy it. I have literally never been so enthralled with a book than when I first read “All the Light,” it was so amazingly written with stunning imagery. I can’t even describe it but after every reading session I could actually feel the impact the novel was having on me. Such a moving and compelling work, it deserves a Netflix series, and I’m glad they’re finally making it. I’ll be watching this when it releases
ОтветитьFascism is a great danger, regardless the time in history. It must always be stood up to. Power hungry dictators who believe they can do whatever they want cannot be allowed to. Otherwise, they will, and they won’t stop. Ninety-one indictments is a good start.
ОтветитьAnytime the producers decide the trailer should be a montage without any spoken words, I am immediately skeptical. Makes me think the acting is bad or the dialogue is cheesy or the accents are embarrassing.
ОтветитьBest trailer ever
ОтветитьIt will unveil the cruelty on Jewish people😢😢
ОтветитьGODZILLA trailer music :DDDDDD
ОтветитьOver n over n over n over n over again
Life isnt about yourself. Its about dissolving yourself. Get your heads out of your asses west
Great soundtrackkk although not sure previously used. This time pictures revived the music...
Ответитьi first read this book when i was 10 and although i probably couldn't understand half of its meaning, i still remember that it left such an impression on me that it remained my favorite book for years. i plan on rereading it this week, and seeing it adapted to screen is making me emotional :') hope the series does it justice !
ОтветитьThis movie will be just a true example of false information about history
