What if you can't power the phone off

Mine keeps reading that it belongs to an organization. It says to contact IT Admin. Keeps resetting every few hours.

Just did all that on my new Pixel 7 Pro and it still requires the password. I thought that was the whole point of resetting it in the first place! Looks like I'm screwed! Bought the phone while in hospital and set it up while under the influence of some powerful pain relievers following a knee replacement op. Any ideas?
