Mini update, 21/10/2023 although I didn't feel any burn while doing the exercise, the very next they I woke up very sore. That soreness lasted about 2 days. I am completely amazed

P.S. The second time it didn't burn nearly as much as the first one, I would even say it didn't burn at all

Is it only me got my body sore for 2 days after doing this 😢 It look simple though, I usually doing pelvic exercise more on stretching it doesn't bothered but when I add this to my routine the next day my side hurt where my love handle is
