Hello, I'm going to try this exercise and see how it goes. I'm also doing the Chloe ting exercises

Day 1: 19/10/2023
Mini update, 21/10/2023 although I didn't feel any burn while doing the exercise, the very next they I woke up very sore. That soreness lasted about 2 days. I am completely amazed
Day 2: 23/10/2023
P.S. The second time it didn't burn nearly as much as the first one, I would even say it didn't burn at all
Day 3: 07/11/2023
Day 4: 08/11/2023
Day 5: 21/11/2023
P.S. After not doing this exercise for a relatively long time, after doing the exercise it did burn a bit
Day 6: 22/11/2023 I'm a bit sore from yesterday

I've been doing many workout from this channel for 4 months now. It's very effective for me even though I only did it for 20-30 minutes/day or at least 150 minutes/week with 2-3 days rest. I don't like heavy exercise so this really help me. Thank you

Is it only me got my body sore for 2 days after doing this 😢 It look simple though, I usually doing pelvic exercise more on stretching it doesn't bothered but when I add this to my routine the next day my side hurt where my love handle is

腰肉腹回りを落としたくてこちらの動画に辿り着きました😊
