Could you comment on the "We remain committed to our $500 million buy-back program" statement and how we should read that message. Is it that they are not planning to invest heavily in R&D hence they don't need the cash?
And a general knowledge question - Is a share buy-back strategy consistent with a plan to be offered for M&A by someone (e.g. SAP in this case)?

SAS companies are taking a hit not just Uipath. I think 2025 might be a very rough year if rates don’t go down

I'm glad the previous CEO is gone. He was not great CEO material. Not convinced the founder is the answer either though.

I’m very confused. Why would a change in leadership have such a huge impact on profits? And not a small amount but an enormous amount. Over 100 million? That’s almost saying the original CEO is going to be a disaster but will take him anyway. Something doesn’t sound right.
