ОтветитьHoly crap! This one was awful. 😆 I was thinking, “oh, cool, an older tricep workout. It’s only 10 minutes…that will be easy!” 😆🙈 I’ve never been so wrong. I always expect challenging from Caroline, but I had to reduce my weights on some of these sets. And my Diamond Pushups looked much worse than usual—they felt worse too!

ОтветитьToday’s my Day 1! My triceps are killing me. Of all the arm workouts ive tried, this is the first workout that actually burns my triceps instead of my biceps, which is really good news bec my bat wings look 🤮
Day 1- ✅ (cant do the diamond push up tho)
Day 2- ✅ (its way harder than yesterday. I had to pause a bit for a few times before proceeding bec my triceps are on fire)
Day 3- ❌(skipped)
Day 4- ✅ i regretted i skipped yesterday bec it’s not getting easier
I will work hard to achieve the amazing shapely arms like Caroline's,she looks fabulous ❤
