Dead space is one game that gives me nightmares 😱this is by far the scariest video game

I'm having a doubt about ejecting the escape pods with a monster inside instead of opening it and kills the monster so at least they have more escape pod...

I like this Mercer better honestly. The old one always relied on windows to keep distance but this remake version is all up on your face like a true villain who takes control

Back in 08 I was terrified and it took months to take up the nerves to actually get playing. When I finally beat it I believed the nightmare was over. When the remake came out I thought it was a fun rematch with me proving it off after beating it a bunch of times back then. I was wrong, the remake is more terrifying than the original.

Unless he g-modded a stasis, thats a plot hole. Why tf cant we use it like that. And why did he let him go AFTER the beast came out? If he tried to kill him..

I miss the original Mercer VA, i dont think thats the same guy.

Wow, the gameplay and graphics on this looks better than the original but the original felt waaay scarier, this one kinda funny - but good gameplay.

We all knew the Nicole jumpscare was coming but I'm upset about one thing with it; it could've been done so much better.

Don't get me wrong it's still good even though she's not a spooky ghost like in the first and is more akin to a hallucination zombie brought on by the marker, but look at how they frame Isaac looking at her video one last time before the scar. The hologram video is perfectly over his shoulder as the recording of Nicole slowly moves backwards and appeared to move into the real space.

If Isaac closed the video but WE as the audience saw Nicole standing behind him in perfect place as the video was, that would've been fucking terrifying.

I want Dead space 2 remastered(not remake) and DS3 remake

The original character version of Isaac was better Nicole too

You know...seeing a Pulse Rifle with less than 100 rounds just seems wrong...

I found it funny how Isaac is holding some gun like he was holding Plasma Cutter in the cutscene

The pod launching scene is a lot more sad in the remake. A lot of what Hammond has to go through is more sad, actually, having to deal with his crew being killed; he has more care for them. The OG one was like "Woops! That was close." In here it's more akin to "It's better this way..."

Wow, they managed to make something as grotesque as necromorph so mundane and unremarkable. What a disappointment

as obvious as Nicole died, I find it funny that the game makes that clear, like if you take the first letter of each chapter it says "Nicole is dead"

His suit makes him stronger and more durable, I’m actually kind of curious how people from say the cyberpunk verse would do here, having to fend off necromorphs I mean.

Is it just me or does Mathius model change already before the transformation into a necromorph, because the head looks shaved when Isaac looks back the infector infecting his body.

Not a fan of Issacs new look since his look was pretty consistent for all the games before. They should have kept him looking similar

I love how Isaac picks up the fire extinguisher in the Ishimura Captain transformation scene despite the killing machine looming over him. My boy got nerves of titanium alloy at least.

Wouldn't the stasis module make it impossible to hear or comprehend speech at a normal rate? Like, your eardrums aren't magically separate from your body...

So he's just walking around in circles, talking to himself, and Isaac just sees an annoying blur that leaves before he can say anything about it

I honestly prefer the old model of Isaac for some reason, his new model just looks like some random background character that gets mercilessly killed off by a Necromorph

They made the hive mind arrival worse

So strange to go from Daniel's being the bad guy to being a pseudo bad guy

I liked how they made the Infectors transforming corpses seem less like they were humping them.

It be cool if dead space got the last of us treatment with a tv show I could see this being one of the craziest shows you could watch
