ОтветитьAdditions I do with instant idli mix - To make dosa I added 1/2 cup poha , for Rava dosa I added 1/2 cup Rawa . For Appam added coconut milk 1 cup poha . Thanks

May I ask: Which purpose do methi seeds have here, "just" for the taste or are they important for fermentation? How long does the butter stay fresh in the refrigerator?
