ОтветитьSearched but didn't got a clear answer. I don't know what trigger it, were strong prefrontal cortex signals - my forehead literally vibrated, was no pain, only vibration.

When doing inhale and when exhale?
I suppose that is coordinated with hands movement but they are too long for me to keeping one exhale for example.
And how to do horse stand ?
When I try to do it like there is show in video I feel horrible legs pain.

ОтветитьI feel that I have been missing this for a long part of my life. I started the Tan Tien breathing exercises when I was about 13. I noticed some remarkable changes in my body including being able to control any itches on my body and also being able to combat the winter cold, simply by concentrating on chi breathing. However I felt some strong pains around my belly button region and sadly stopped the breathing exercises. I had read in the book I was using that this could happen and to persevere. Sadly I stopped as the pain was so intense. Now I am 61 and life has different challenges mostly around the diminished strength and vitality which comes with this age. To my great delight I stumbled across the "Chi" again in your videos which I have to say are a great joy to watch.
I have started practicing again in countryside and it has added another dimension to life. I feel excited, like I am at the start of a journey. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I feel an instant connection and my inner voice says "Follow and Learn ". Shi Heng Yi, Sir, Humble and Sincere thanks and appreciation for this tremendous work which I instantly felt I had missed since I was 13!
