do you recommend rio for beginners?

My greatest struggle with this game atm is gather the items fast and understand where and what items I'm building for my character.
I'm aware that is a map that shows "grades" of the items and you can manipulate rng of them (after 5th box you open you'll find the item you looking for)
Even all of this, I'm feel I'm not fast enough xD

Man I really wished I heard this advice back then!! I dropped the game for a bit because of life taking over and just being upset and not improving but it really is a learning curve! I appreciate all of the advice

Sua's going to be incredibly popular Day 1 because of how she looks - we all know this - so my one bit of advice to new Sua players is to get used to Q. Landing Odyssey is going to be more critical than ever in 1.0, and it's an incredibly awkward skill to land for new players (awkward shape for aiming, small sweet spot and a fairly large delay before hitting) so you need to get used to landing the skill in the first place, then hitting the sweet spot so you can make landing Don Quixote (your E) a lot easier.
This is something I had to learn quickly, on top of "don't be precious with hitting Q", especially in teams. Sometimes, just being a threat is enough to make people panic and land your Q.

That aside, my biggest thing I wish I had when Early Access started was good, positive teammates. Learn and play with good friends who you can improve with; you don't deserve to play with anyone who blames you for everything - you need to learn, and it starts with knowing what you're doing well. 🧡
