I’m 40 and not in a terrible spot in life but I’m mentally at the lowest most depressed I’ve been in years. Watching more money go out every month than comes in I’ve never felt and had ti worry about until recently. Watching this man has helped so much , I just found him a few days ago and it’s changed my thinking since.

First thing first, I love listening to your motivation speeches, I listen to every word you say and apply it to myself to become A better motivation speaker to help others as well as myself. My personal pictures and the couple of comments I leave on post I do to inspire others.
I hit rock bottom, I was literally underneath the dirt at the bottom. Over weight, almost dead, and dirt poor and also stuck. When I began to rise above it all, I started sharing testimonies with others who seen me fall. The others whom I speak of are family, friends, strangers that seen me at my worst.
Now when I post A nice clean picture they all can also see the ugly, dirty pictures and see the stories of how I overcame addiction, PTSD, chronic depression, anxiety and panic attacks due to with over 20 plus years of suffering and pain that one human being could never overcome.
Those pictures and the stuff I speak of shows if A nobody like me can survive and hold her head up and not ashamed to share the good, bad and ugly to help others that there is hope then I WILL NOT STOP, I WILL NOT FAIL AGAIN, I WILL SUCCEED, AND I WILL SHOW YOU HOW, AND WHERE I CAME FROM to help you my family, friends or complete stranger because I also thought I was nothing to nobody but you are and you can overcome anything if you set your mind to it and refuse to quit. No matter how young or old you are it does matter to others.
ET you are one of the best along with others I listen to, because of you and them you're helping me to be stronger and more motivated then ever before, also I take what I learn and pass it to someone else that needs to hear it. I love you spiritual and respect you highly! God bless you and the work you do for others!

I agree with you Thomas but the U.S government is actually using a name of a continent to its citizens and country. We are U.S. citizens. Citizens of the United States. The United States is a country but America its not a country America its a continent. The whole entire continent was already named America 269 years way before the United States of America became a nation or even existed. Everyone on the American continent is an American likewise Asia are Asians, Africa are Africans and Europe are Europeans.🤦
