Please help with advice, received confirmation from the sponsor, created an account, added minor children and a woman to the group, filled out all the requirements of the program for everyone, and when I started sending to CBP, an error appears and a request to try later, in Facebook groups, I am not the only one with such a problem, that it may be? thank you

Can I apply for another beneficiary under the same account?

We applied for two Ukrainian artists" families to come to New York by i-134, a total of 7 people; we filed 7 i-134 online forms through the united for Ukraine website. All 7 got rejected by "insufficient filing." What do we do wrong? Is it because we wrote down their income is 0, but we provide $30,000 for each family and 3 months of shelter in our mountain park resort in NY. The house is owned by our foundation. Do we need to provide the ownership of the resort? Could you find a successful filing as our example? We just want to help those Ukraine artists to come to NY. Could anyone help us to figure out how to do it right? Why our government do not provide us reasons of insufficient filings, duch as what kind of information they really need from us? Is anyone there to help us to figure it out. I have worked on these cases for 3 months to help our friends in Ukraine to come here, I am really frustrated by the process. If you can provide me any information, and roadmap of essential content or filing materials to include, we will really appreciate. Thank you very much.

Доброго дня! У нас наш спонсор допустив помилку в формі I-134, а саме у номері паспорта та дата народження. Дату народження, ми змінити можемо, а паспорт ні.подали запит на зміну номеру паспорта, все як показав сайт, і прийшла відповідь, що відповідні зміни були внесені у онлайн форму і що тепер треба підтвердити фізичну адресу. Коли ми перевіряємо форму то змін в номері паспорту нема, невірний так і стоїть, і що далі? Не знаємо… просять заповнити форму та вказати адресу, адресу чию? Куди ми ідемо? Тому що можливості вибрати країну нема у формі а лише штати….. тобто як далі бути? Підкажіть будь ласка
