I just found your channel thank God, this past week I was and a webinar,paid $100 to get in,on Monday he was just giving everyone props for getting in the webinar then by Friday the guy wanted to sell his "super easy way to learn" for $5000 I was heartbroken i really thought he was going to teach us for $100 silly me 😢

ОтветитьSo i just took down notes for a good 2 hours this was a great video tbh my only questions is im working 48-50 hours a week making 700-780 a week just barely making it lol is this a Hussle to get into to change my financial luck i was thinking of starting a Powerwashing business but this could jumpstart and help fund that just asking what your opinion is i dont have extra $ for the contracts so I figured i would just have to find the 3-5 buyers and make sure they buy every month and would be willing to buy from me if its looks good for the numbers they want?

I have found one of three investors that I can reach out to, but was wondering do I need to make my own contract in order to be sure I get paid from the deal? Especially dealing with new cash buyers I would hate to pass over the deal and then they have no legal obligation to pay me for holding it for them… Any help is appreciated! ОтветитьAye man I don't ever comment but this video was a dam gold mine thank you. Im a realtor in LA but ready to take the wholesale business to the next level. I closed 1 wholesale deal at 18 in college and never continued this route. Fast forward I'm 21 got my RE L's 11 Months ago and closed 5 deals so far. But it's always something in the back of my head saying do more wholesaling. Again Thanks thought I share a little of my story and how this video helped me get on track!
