As an American, this makes me angry. Five bites at a time, watching the chef cook garlic for ten minutes. Hope the customer isn't hungry I guess.
Also fumb way to cook steak. You're paying for a steak that specifically boasts havibg highly marbled fat content, yet the chef just scoops it up and throws it away. No, if I paid for the fat then I want to drink it. Also, there is no crust. No proper sear.
He put the steak down without seasoning that side first, then added salt and pepper after it was already cooked on one side. Improper and unprofessional.
It would be fine to sear the whole thing, then cut it into cubes for the customer. But maybe then they would notice how little 15 bites really is.
I don’t think that fine dining is for me.
That’ll be $428usd.

ОтветитьPure skill not to burn the garlic! I cannot imagine how that steak would taste and never will because I am too tight, but it must literally melt in your mouth. Ayway, I like my steak well done and caramelised (burnt!!!!!)
