WhatsApp is the worst developer experience I've ever had.

We want to spend around £3,000 a month with them, but if you put in a support request they simply ignore it.

Do you want a proper enterprise grade application, with separate phone numbers for Dev, QA, UAT and Production? Good luck with that. If you try and create multiple numbers under one account, they prevent you from adding more than 2. If you create multiple business accounts to try and work around this, they block you. Absolute joke.

If I knew what I know now before starting the project, I would have discouraged the client from taking this route. You're effectively running what should be production-grade services without any support, and the weak link in the chain is Meta.

Hi again...when i select connect fb ( in the reach more customers section of whatsapp business) it ask if i want to log onto fb, i then press "yes" and i get to a screen that says "Create a facebook page from your whatsapp profile" and it gives me two options 1- use whatsapp profile and 2- enter different info. i don't understand...i already created my fb page why is it asking me to create it again....am i doing something wrong...please help. thanx
