After multiple updates those missing sounds in snowrunner are now included in the game hahahahahah still snowrunner wins

Spintires is really the coolest game. The visuals and sound creates such a special ambience i’ve never seen in any other game. Turning off the engine at night and just listening to the woods.. captures the soviet vibe just 👌🏻

It sucks that they never added real soviet and russian trucks in snowrunner. Their replacements look like fucking toys not like real savage machinery originals were. Why fear the copyright when these vehicles were produced in a country long gone damn it, who would charge them then? It's very sad that russian developers could get american trucks licenses but not for the trucks from the country they originate from

Thought SR Actually has Free-cam? Used it a day or two ago, Unless that changed within the year this video was posted.

Free cam in SR isn't hidden in dev tools, it's in photo mode.

A friend claims that Madrunner is better than Spintaers... but that's not true. Snowrunner in terms of graphics, perhaps, but as for me, Spintaers would have brought to mind .... but this is not fate ... the project is closed =(

To be honest I love them all :-) But I wish Snowrunner has these better options to be truly a king of...snow/mud running 🙂

too bad spintires was made under a shitty, greedy publisher. now they cant make the good Snowtires Season Pass money hahaha

I think the mud sounds in SpinTires were a little cartoonish and distracting.

One thing about this was that they actually updated the old Spintires during Mudrunner's life... So most of these new Spintires things werent there until that one update... And also the fact that Spintires is from different company than Mudrunner and Snowrunner.

I started with Snow Runner and didn't play the previous titles. But oh man, that whole mud simulation looks so much better in Spintires, why did they change it?

there is the suspension sounds when your wheels land hardly onto the ground, it might be great to add them in snowrunner.

I do agree that spintires is better, but you haven't mentioned how many camera options you have in SR, you can adjust pretty much anything. And it does have a free cam.

its almost as if snowrunner suffers from that same fate that befalls all games that were originally built for PC Master Race, and get dumbed down for the console savages.

The mud sound is a literal 5 second sound clip that plays on repeat... I think it'd get super annoying real quick.

SN is disappointing if you are looking for off roading physics, it’s more into machinery and the joy of finishing tasks. First thing is that you can’t make your short cuts because the map designed to follow routes also you don’t even get stuck with 4x4 mud is only delaying with constant forward movement, add to that the transmission is not good as ST

I uninstalled both Spintire and the mud one because it seems too clunky and slow. Even on dead-smooth tarmac the SUV was wallowing around like it was in deep mud, which made it seem a really stupid game to me. Convince me I'm wrong?

they had some amazing enthusiasm with great attention to detaail when they we're working on the first game. that i feel might have faded over time. i doubht they'd go trough contacting owners and sourcing trucks to record autenthic sounds for each type and model of truck as they did for Spintires. long story short they we're hyped. spintires was a new and exiting thing.

And spintires was diverse with the china adventure map instead of being just Siberia and north America

Every time people complain about night being "too dark", i facepalm. These kind of people must have NEVER been in the countryside. Especially in remote places like the ones in the game. For the sake of realism, night should be EVEN DARKER. It should be nearly pitch black.

I love to play Snowrunner, and never played Mudrunner, and have question to Mudrunner (not original Spintires) has "Tire Pressure"? Or this feature only in Spintires?

Just started getting into Snow Runner. Loving it so far.

The problem with sound effects in Snowrunner is that the engine is way too loud for the player to hear anything other than it. If you lower the engine sound, there is much more depth to the interactions with the environment.

I cant even find classic spintires anymore. Did I get delisted or something?

the copyright on trucks makes sense on why spintires doesnt sell anymore then and why they switched to mudrunner i assume. sad that companies get upset over that. i dont see how using a vehicles likeness in a game hurts anyone. imo free advertisement. its not as if ur building the real thing and selling it........

None of these features were in spintires originally, Pavel added these on during SnowRunner's release.

I do like the mud physics in sr.
And the radioactive stuff in Spintires was cool, but extremely unrealistic.

spin tires is a great game to practice driving off road before wrecking your real 4x4.

Mud runner to me had more limitations on the map than snow runner. But I wish some things carried over from mud runner to snow runner. And the main thing that drove me nuts about mud runner is only having logs as some of the extra stuff you show makes me wonder if it's a mod
