Sign in to TurboTax using a phone number or email - TurboTax Support Video

I put in my email address, click Sign In, get the 6 digit code, then when I input it all I get is a field to input my password. How do I reset my password? And there’s no phone number to call. Why did you change it from last year where I can just input my license code after installing the software from the CD?

When the you're you dialogue box comes up and says intuit is going to ask a few questions to make sure You is really You - the questions never appear in that box. You tech people need to fix.
