Season 3 tactics are a little baffling bud. Focus play down the wings but you've set the shape to narrow? Shorter passing with a higher tempo? Setting a high press and using don't allow short GK distribution?
Wing play should be with wide shape.
Higher tempo pairs with direct passing not short.
If you want to press high you want their GK to pass short so you can press high. Prevent GK short kicks is to encourage him to go long to your dominant arial centre backs.

And I would advise you by making your Striker and experienced one(28yo) l, wingers should be young but do have 25yo too, midfielders should be a mix but a CDM should have experience with good tackling, composer, positioning and passing(especially long passing) and you CB's should mainly be old but also put young ones, fullbacks should be young for the energy and GK will be your decision but I would still choose experience for bug games and big pressure moments like penalties etc... hope my strategy or advise will help you guys😅
