Everything I see big haired lady I think of that weird classic OOOOOOOOOOA that is in old man's shows
ОтветитьWhy did I think that was a queen of hearts nock of at first (probably bc of the hair=❤️)
ОтветитьWhen I was in 6th grade me, my brother, and my friend were into anime. Because of that my friend bought a Manga drawing from Barnes and noble. Though all he used it for was looking at the drawings
Ответитьwait this isn’t bad drawing simulator 2
Ответить“Shoulders like a line backer” insert big wheeze 💀
Ответитьthe first drawing is what i wanna draw like in the endgame
ОтветитьI'm as old as that art book 😟
also, I can't count the number of times I put the arms behind the back, or covered the second eye with bangs
I went to the same school from grade 6 to 9, and the library was a pretty small. There was one how to draw manga book that I learned to draw from in grade six, and then forgot about until grade nine. I looked at it, and burst out laughing at how bad it was. The teacher had to tell me to keep quiet. Those drawings were so trash 😭
ОтветитьI know I’m late but if you every try with another old book, or even with the last image, maybe have it where ‘sausage legs’ has prosthetics? Like She could be a space hero who just got her automail busted up FMA style. I think it would be neat plus if you need to find more books with things like that try your local library mine has a surprising amount of books like this.
ОтветитьI had these when I was a kid too
ОтветитьI always tried to get art books as a kid but could never use them effectively :(
Ответитьngl i kinda like the book’s artstyle
ОтветитьIk this vid is 2yo but I was rewatching it and all I could think when seeing the manga Princess after being redrawn by Lavender is “All hail Princess LavenderTowne”
ОтветитьAnd that girl with the purple hair and the hotdog legs literally had such a tiny head compared to her hair! 🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьI think the trick to moving up from a beginniner is to look at how things actually are instead of how they're normally drawn and think about how things work.
ОтветитьThat was one of my first how to draw books, too! and you just blurbed all my thoughts on it lol
Ответить“This old relic” got me dying lol 😂
ОтветитьThe Christopher Hart books got better later lol. I used his more modern style ones for poses a few years ago
Ответить« Damn girl, you got a thick head »
I don’t really know why but the tone of that sentence sounded really funny to me
I would love a video of you drawing what the skeletons of these how to draw characters look like. I wanna see miss giant shoulders proper shape.
ОтветитьI Love how lavendertowne says hello to us at 1 second and 30
Ответить“Dang, girl. You got a thick head.” Hilarious! Would ppl be offended or honored by this?
Ответитьyou Should make a how to draw book
And I will buy!!!!!😎😎😎
ilysm, bald headed potato. we will never forget you, my dear patreon
ОтветитьI love how this “how to draw” book doesn’t teach how to draw well 😂😅
ОтветитьHow do you practice drawing? Because your art is super skilled
ОтветитьWhen you revealed the Laser Blast picture I wAS ON THE FLOOR ASXCKVNJDPKVJ
Ответитьur my best book for how to draw I learned so much from u
ОтветитьMy mom: gets me a how to draw anime book
Me who traced to draw when i was younger: you dare to challenge me?
My favourite part about these old books is that once you’re even a little bit decent at drawing, the images look atrocious hahaha
ОтветитьBruh why they got that 90s-early 2000s pokemon eyes
Ответитьhehehhe hotdog legs
ОтветитьThe last one.. that hair makes no sense
ОтветитьI always used to draw characters with super floppy sleeves or have their hands behind their back. Man I’m so proud of myself that I can draw hands now
ОтветитьI’m still trying to figure out how the double amputee girl in “Laser Blast” was able to jump up in the air
ОтветитьIt feels like whoever made this art book had no formal training in art but had a love of the style, pencil and paper, and a go-gettem attitude
ОтветитьDang girl, you got a thick head
ОтветитьTHE MANGA PRINCESS LOOKS LIKE PRINCESS WEDNESDAY lol
Ответитьi love these books for getting me into art but they definitely inhibited my progress more than helped it lmaooo
ОтветитьI think I still have two versions of Christopher Heart's books lying around in my room somewhere. I love the idea of re-drawing the pictures in how-to-draw books, it could be a really fun challenge to see how you have improved and also try to make an even better version
ОтветитьI had this in my elementary school library 😰
ОтветитьI had that book!!! It in third grade, and was the book that got me into drawing too!
Ответитьpetition for lavender to make a how to draw book
ОтветитьMine when i was a youngen, was the sexy babe roblox girl. I would put a really skinny waist, big, like gigantic thighs, small petite feet, a big bust, a SQUARE HEAD💀💀💀💀 with long hair and bangs..... And most importantly..... arms that were behind her back iykyk
ОтветитьOh no the third girl amputated legs because feet are hard to draw is a beautiful mess!
ОтветитьHi.
ОтветитьStop dissing the hair.
ОтветитьIT'S BEEN 1000 YEARS I missed you guys ; - ;)/
