This is the most powerful hypnosis. I’ve been listening to it almost daily for 10days. My childhood can somewhat be described as a ‘Matilda’. Unwanted , unloved and abused. But that was then. May God gives it back to you thousand times in the next eternal life.❤❤❤ I had loving parents they just like many humans made mistakes they did their best and the child me collected informations for survival I formations that older me has updated into the reality of being an adult and maybe not taking things to personaly... It took me 3 decades but bit I'm on a path of peace and self love and also unconditional love to those who with their own wounds protected me and gave me what they could have given me with what they had... ❤❤❤

I cried a lot at the moment when I sat next to my child version of myself. It was cathartic. I will come back to repeat this, as I am curious what changed in me.
One small thing regarding this wonderful session...have I missed the moment where you take us out of hypnosis?
I had to bring myself back and tell myself that at the count of 5 my eyes will open and I will feel wide awake....😊
I wonder what are the effects of not coming out of hypnosis properly...I mean this session did completely work, I tried opening my eyes at the beginning, and couldn't.

My greatest upgrade is where I live now. There are no holes in the floor. There are no roaches or rats. There is no xhusband to rip out my plumbing or destroy parts of my home. Bastard. I am free now. I live in a comfortable place that is clean and cozy.

As a kid I was speaking to my future self and I know I will be fine and I was always my mother.

👀👀👀 In what position I should keep my closed eyes, after dropping my chin down?
Should I still keep my eyes in the position of looking Up ?
Or I should be looking down and imagining that I am looking downstairs and seeing staircases?

I attempted to do this and only lasted few minutes. I started feeling extremely nauseous and experienced anxiety and like my chest was going to burst. Is that normal?

please help me...i live with my mother stilll not cause i want to, but she never could provide for herself. now i am in situation (cause i always fealt i must be there for her, if not she will break down - not my only point of view but this what even she admit to me ) now i have joint account (on my name ofcourse) for 3 years... i can not administrate it, all is sing on her i have to ask for money (my money) she always make me guilty ... she coudl sing for 5 courses but i still have no money for a new jacket. i am 20 thousend beacause of her in dept ) cause all is on my name. i dont khow what to do ...she always keep promissing and i have no heart to cut her off (she has dept on her own) but i cannot function normal anymore... i am willing to live in a car then with her.. i just cant hear this her promisses and she is not doing anything- shoudl i cut my own mother?

Having your mum tell you to leave house for the stupid reason that your younger sibling who is also the blue eyed boy of mum wants it so, and you spend sleepless nights for decades living alone after leaving is hell of an affair.
Added to that mum comes now to stay with you because the younger sibling who wanted you out passed away after long illness.
And mum still continues to treat you now also in most atrocious & derogatory manner like before when you lived at home decades back before being told to walk out.
Does it make any sense to anyone except that of "karma's balancing act (if it's so) ?

Thank you for this. I was a bit sceptical to begin with but I let myself go along and believe and I found real peace. I'll listen to this whenever I need some support. The visualisation of the child helped so much. The idea of asking them questions and becoming a parent to them. I love kids and would never mistreat a child, so why would I have such evil thoughts about myself and my child self? Those were never my thoughts. Those were planted by those who should have known better. Thank you again xxx
