How do I fix OE code?

You legends! I totally forgot to turn the water back on!

My hose was kinked behind the dishwasher.... I wasn't able to tell until I pulled it out far enough and looked through the hose hole that goes under the sink. I just fed some of the hose back until it unkinked and that seem to work for me. (For that issue).

Worst company,we brought this one on 11 dec 2021 installed on 8-01-2022 after starting the machine it shown 1E and getting beep sound called to customer care no use at all not worked after technician visit also. Asked for replacement no response. Dubba LG company and Nellore SONO VISION ELECTRICALS PVT ltd both are fraud wasted my money Rs:52000/- dont buy LG Products especially Dishwasher.

I’m sorry but this is not very helpful. I have no idea what a water valve is and where to find it or what that part that was possibly underneath the dish washer? Where is that? How do you get to it? I didn’t install this dishwasher. This needs to be more in depth so people can follow along and actually fix the problem instead of having to call you guys.

First thing you should check is that the water supply line is actually on. Was the problem with mine. Forgot to turn back on after sink install. Duhhhh thanks for the reminder lg. But think if this problem were to persist I wouldn't be calling service. I'd be figuring out. Telling people they will need service so you get more money in your pocket...
