Is it ok if I use curved bandit swords instead of scavenger?

Can you equip dual seals and jellyfish shield? Would they stack?

I beat the game last year sometime using a bleed build with Rivers of Blood and an Uchi katana with Occult. After i got RoB, it trivialized most of the game as it was before its nerfs. Loved it though lol i just started my first new game + and went with the Blasphemous Blade this time but never respected my stats and kept my arcane build and i can safely say it again puts the game on easy mode even with low faith and strength. I never fear dying and just tank everything. Honestly, i think it builds bad habits but the sword is a blast to use.

make vigor 100 str 16 dex 14 arcan 100 too...endurance 50...and you OP with every weapon if it scales with character build,,,i love elden ring

actually the arcane scaling for mohgwyns spear split into fire and physical so is better to go full arcane

Wow I basically ended up with the same Blasphemous Blade build, at higher levels I suggest picking up STR and DEX, supplement with a Lion Greatbow for picking off jerks like the glintstone pebble guys in Raya Lucaria. Also HIGHLY recommend Stone of Garrang for pulling, and medium range crowd control as it has decent splash damage.

just use comet instead of night comet does more damage, a bit more fp but it's so much better

How come the scavengers curved swords are on occult and not bleed?

Nice vid, but i dont agree with exsecutioner sword it just not good enough for ng+7 also mogs is not useble. Blasphemius, Reduvia, blackflame weps, Wildstrikes, life leach things like this are good in ng+7++ your not going for trash mobs,the Firegiant Radagon/eldenbeast is a good reference. trash mobs are not good examples for the dmg.

i got scavenger curved swords dual wielded with seppuku on both and blood affinity,should i use occult?I am lvl 200,with high 70 dex and 50 arcane!its already op but i didnt try occult!

Nah just so sick of the terribly balanced ridiculously overtuned bosses with the bs delayed attacks, so you either get OP and one shot them or stand there and watch them do their narcissistic boss dance

bleed build is useless against final boss tho...

ehm i try say in good english.
In 1st build, dual, not all enemies are vulnerable to bleed damage.
And stone enemies like miners etc... you cant do it damage, caused you need stun weapons, no blades weapon.
Is good for boss, but for go around the world and explore no, caused shield enemies, you dont do it damage.
Hope i explain well, and sorry for my bad english.
I am in my first run, but i got much tables, with numbers of damage, 111 talisman, weapons, tipe of damage etc... and i think, for first and other ng, Stun weapons, like Great Sword, Club, Great Club, giant crusher..m are the best option.

The Mohgwyn Sacred Spear is so ridiculously OP that I defeated Malenia in my first playthrough in less than a minute.

With my CSs I use melicents prosthesis instead of a defense talisman... you're usually doin enough damage to not need one

Just finished my first playthrough last night. Needed to respec to be able to use Fallingstar Beast Jaw to take out Radagon and the Elden Beast. All my other weapons just weren't getting it done with my skill level even they took me easily through the rest of the game like the Bloodhound Fang, Bolt of Gransax and the Great Stars hammer. Now for NG+ I want to find something that will take me all the way through the whole game. That means once I find the weapon set that fits my fighting style ( mostly melee) but adds a new dimension into maybe Faith, Intelligence or Arcane. I don't want to spend thousands of runes and smithing stones testing weapons and while also burning through Larval Tears to respec. These are great videos for players like me.

Hey Matt! I'm a big fan and follower. Love your videos--watched every single one. I have a question I hope you and your community will answer. On Xbox, I have one very high level character (level 591, NG + 16). I was a "completionist" with this build...got every incant, build, weapons, armor, talisman, recipe, etc...took me many hours. Since I can make any Frankenstein hybrid build at this point...without limit...with all sorts of combinations of items, stats, armor, etc., ...what would be the best, most powerful, all out combo "dream build" for PVE and my next playthrough and DLC? I'd like to keep just one character off meta and will still keep the rest around level 150 for PVP. I figured with all your build experiences, you'd know better than most everyone. I know I can do any op build at this point. Looking for the ultimate here.

I really slept on Death's Poker for a long time. I love that weapon, it feels very unique but also powerful at the same time.
