Great workout! Love the 20 second intervals. Very doable and makes the time go quick. I also like that you include stretching at the end of your videos and don't make me "click on this video" to stretch, which I never follow through on. Thanks for all you do! Much appreciated.
ОтветитьHi Jules! I got a really good night's sleep last night and so decided to push myself and do a longer cardio. It got a little tough for me the last 10 minutes but I was really enjoying it so pushed through to the end. Even my knees are sweating! I loved all the arm movements and the pace was perfect for a 40 minute cardio. Thank you!

ОтветитьI can’t believe I did this one!!!! I made it all the way through!!! My dear mom passed a couple weeks ago and life is hard. I read exercise brings endorphins and feel good hormones. I sure hope so. ❤

ОтветитьI'm getting back into exercise after suffering the last 6 years from endometriosis and adenomyosis. Had 4 abdominal operations and the last was an extensive surgery. I put on so much weight over the last 6 years but now I'm brilliant, uterus free, pain free and ready to take care of me again. 😊 I do your videos 4-5 times a week x

ОтветитьLove these workouts. Started another form with my wife in a formal class that starts with the word jazz, but that's only certain times of the week, and I can't make them all. "Improved Health" solves the problem of not having the other when I'm ready to workout. I also do a martial art called Kuk Sool Won and this is a marvelous complement to that. Thanks for doing so many varied workouts, and like other comments, thanks for the stretches at the end.

Your quote "be grateful you are able to move" really hit home for me. At 66 I have to keep moving and your workouts will certainly help with that! I always look forward to your new workouts.
