I tried to make my firecracker with aluminum foil endcaps and pva glue but the fuse just stops burning at the place where it was glued, so I glued it so that it doesnt touch the fuse but still my powder doesn't even get ignited.
Idk if you will see this and it's not your way of making firecrackers but I would appreciate the help.

So that's how the Chinese press both ends when pressing. The otherway would be airdry clay but ive seen it done with red clay which isnt airdry type and so this would finally explain how they do it.

Everytime i buy firecrackers i hot glue steel bbs to the outside of them to make homemade grenades, works a lot better if you widdle small holes in the firecracker and press the bb into it tho

damn shows how much work you wanna put into firecrackers, i just put some flash powder on a paper, and just really tightly wrap it up in tape, doesnt need glue or anything, just paper, fuse, flash powder and some tape, works very nicely just the firecrackers look goofy lol

This is very nicely done 👍🏻. I always use plastic stoppers and a single tube, which works very well since flash doesn’t need much confinement and it reduces the risk of being hit by pieces of clay.
BTW, I may hope that the plastic spoon is made out of anti-static material? I have lost a dear friend because of a static discharge while he was handling home made black powder.
