Those car drivers are so stupid to cross the tracks while a train is just about to going. Indeed, in 99% of the cases, they are responsible.
However, I pity so much the tram drivers; who will then be accountable to their boss.

In some clips, the car/bus/lorry driver drives on green, but they still crash with a tram. Is the tram driver in the wrong there? Must depend on the traffic regulations in this place. Where I live, the tram has right of way in all situations EXCEPT where there are traffic lights, in which cases the lights determine right of way.

If I drove vehicles where trams run I'd be vigilant. The tram drivers have a lot to put up with and in most cases the other vehicle driver deserves to pay for all the damage.
