Lol I was over weight then found 1000+ rings

There are few ways to increase carrying capacity
(1) Do as this guy said - use the Steed Stone
(2) unlock the Pickpocket - Extra Pocket
(3) Increase your stamina stat
(4) get the boots of hauling at Sinderion's Field Laboratory (be careful though this area has a lot of bugs so SAVE game regularly)
(5) make potion Carry Weight
(6) get a Follower and if this is not enough, use the exploit cheat - drop item to ground and ask follower to pick up. But CAUTION - will result in bug with you can't get back some of the stuffs from follower. Game will says you cannot take follower starting game items. Solution which i have read but not yet try it out is - paralyze your follower with poison then they fall to the ground. Use Steal to steal back the stuffs.

Just outside Solitude of the guard post wall, nearby there is a farm. Wait until 2am then steal a horse and ride all the way to the Steed Stone. Walking is another option but slower.

If anybody needs help with carry weight problems what I like to do is get a mercenary with me who will hold items for you almost like a human backpack

I should have done that earlier tonight before I went into that Swindler's Den. Now I have all the Alik;r's clothes, weapons and reward cash I took AFTER killing Kematu (LOL !!! :) ) and now I don;t even have Breezehome and Lydia has most of my crap I had on me when I met her. I found the boots of the ox and they are +45 to carry. So you could disenchant that and add it to a ring, chest, neck, boot and volsug has some for a helm

High Hrothgar is where the second word of the whirlwind shout. Next is at Volskygge it has a lot of forsworn and the BriarHeart is hard to kill at level 33 but you should not have a problem.
