How to Delete Listing on Facebook Marketplace!

I have a listing on Facebook that says "This listing goes against our rules on healthcare products" but there are no 3 dots to remove or delete the listing. Does anyone have a clue what should be done?

How do you delete non approved items from your listing?

Facebook Marketplace called my listing illegal and removed it. It says it needs attention, but there is no way to access it. I'd delete it. It's not even illegal by the rules and the appeal doesn't get an appeal. I can't remove it. Any ideas? Working on a desktop computer, not a cell phone.
