For 2025, the Jetta gets a streamlined look with slimmer headlights and a thinner upper grille, which now features an LED light bar on the Sport, SEL, and GLI models. The new taillights are connected by a full-width light, giving the car a modern edge. The SE gets new 17-inch wheels, while the SEL and GLI sport 18-inch wheels, with black wheel packages available for the SE and GLI. There are also two new paint options: Monterey Blue Pearl and Monument Gray.

Inside, the dashboard has been overhauled with three slats running in front of the passenger, blending into the air-conditioning vent. A new floating 8.0-inch display is now standard across all models, replacing the previous 6.5-inch touchscreen. All Jettas now feature automatic dual-zone climate control with a new capacitive touch setup, and a 15-watt wireless charging pad with integrated cooling is included on the SE, SEL, and GLI.

Under the hood, the Jetta's powertrains remain unchanged. The turbocharged 1.5-liter engine delivers 158 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The six-speed manual option is no longer available. The Jetta GLI, however, continues to offer a turbocharged 2.0-liter engine with 228 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, along with both a six-speed manual and a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.

Pricing starts at $23,220 for the Jetta S, a bit higher than the 2024 model, but the automatic-only 2025 Jetta S is actually $240 less than the least expensive automatic from 2024. The new Jetta should be available at dealerships by the end of the third quarter of this year.
