6. Update BootLoader (for older phones)

After failing couple of times to flash Cynogenmod 14.1, I saw that the warning said I had bootloder 0x4113 where as Cynogenmod 14.1 needs 0x411a.
a) Fortunately I came accross by a tool mentioned in:

Supported phones: xt1002, xt1003, xt1008, xt1028, xt1031, xt1032, xt1033, xt1034, xt1039, xt1040, xt1042, xt1045
b) Use this tool to undate your bootloader.
c) If you are successful, in fastboot mode you will see the new bootloader version.
