My super smart puppy is mostly following the hand. I was able to use an authorative tone and get a good combo to get her off the cat. I used: leave it, come, sit! She listened. But mostly she needs to see the treat. I try hiding the treat and give the command. Very unresponsive. She will also go to the potty pad when I get her ready to go outside like a person uses the bathroom before leaving the house.
