Thank you Julie for always sharing your knowledge and insight. It has helped me out a lot in planning for my new townhome.
ОтветитьLove the advise 👌
ОтветитьI'm looking at some furniture from Castlery. Do you have any experience with their pieces? It's online-only, and I'm nervous about ordering without seeing items in person.
I'm moving and need to furnish an entire townhouse (only thing I'm taking with me is my West Elm Lana bed frame) because nothing from my current house will fit. It's overwhelming.
Thank you so much for letting me express my feelings about your video. You record all videos so well. Keep the hard work going and good luck. Hope to see such a beneficial post ahead too.
ОтветитьThank you so much! Your information is very helpful!
ОтветитьHi Julie, just wondering what software are you using when you were comparing the chandeliers/ light? That is awesome while trying to figure out the look I want ❤️ hope to hear from you , been binge watching your videos for my first home 🥰🥰
ОтветитьThank you so much for sharing! We have been so overwhelmed about where to buy and how to! Really appreciate your help!!!
ОтветитьYou have really fun videos.
ОтветитьThis information is so helpful - thank you. I had no idea about the Pinterest tip. I asked by daughter's dentist where they got a certain console and was told they had hired an interior designer and didn't know. I had taken a photo of it for my design board and because of the tip you shared, I found it!!!!! Happy Thanksgiving.
ОтветитьI love your videos! They are always so detailed and informative. You are the best!
ОтветитьI didn't even watch this video but the links were great! Thank you for putting this together.
ОтветитьTHIS IS THE VIDEO IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR!!! Omg it took forever to find a video like this!! I was looking for a website besides wayfair now that I’m going contemporary. Don’t get me wrong I like them but they couldn’t be the only home decor online website! A million times thank you for all the links in your description box!!! 💖💖💖💖💖
ОтветитьYour videos are so informative and helpful! Thank you for sharing your expertise.
Ответить"Keep your eyes open and shop with purpose"
I can't thank you enough for the great advice. Keep up the great work. I appreciate it!
Love your videos! You make it so simple and specify the metric measurements!! Perfect and easy! Thanks
ОтветитьAnxiously waiting for the next one everytime. With gratitude I remember how much effort and time you are spending for us. May GOD bless you and your family.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing the long-term, special purchases places you shop as well, by category (as seen at end of video), really helpful.
ОтветитьHi, Julie, Thanks for including design considerations for kit appliances. In open plan, a practical consideration is noise level (Db) of cooktop vent motor and DW motor
Ответитьi like modloft furniture too
ОтветитьI love the convenience of shopping online but what if the product or furniture color is not how it looked on the website? I can't tell you how many times I 've had to return bedding because the color is off but returning a large ticket item like furniture is risky. I know most companies allow you to return but I would have to pay for the shipping. Do you have any tip for this challenge?
ОтветитьAnother great timely video. What do you think about Houzz for shopping?
ОтветитьRestoration Hardware, Crate & Barrel
ОтветитьGREAT tips! I am working on my new home and I was just wondering last night where in the world the designers shop. I am dedicated to only furnishing my home with the things that I love, so this is wonderful! New resources so I don't have to settle!
ОтветитьHi Julie, we just bought a new home and your ideas and tips made me inspired of what to put my stuff together. Thank you very much.
ОтветитьThanks so much for sharing your knowledge with us! Your tips are amazing, LOVE THEM! 😍
ОтветитьThank you very much jk
ОтветитьJulie, thank you for unselfishly sharing to us you talents and resources . You really help me to make an excellent decision in buying the furniture and how to design our home.
ОтветитьI love your videos, thank you for sharing your knowledge - they helped put structure to my design 'inner' vision (I knew what I liked, but was anxious about where to start from so I don't end up with a bunch of stuff in my home that don’t go together or seem out of place). Is there any specific shop you know or recommend in Romania?
ОтветитьThank you Julie. Some of these surprised me. Thank you for all this info. It opens up some new possibilities. You definitely give us so much to work with.
ОтветитьOK, after sharing so much with everyone, why is it that a persons body measurements are not taken into consideration when buying a sofa. accent chair, dining room chair, office chair etc?
ОтветитьI shop at The Range, B&M, Dunelm, (are like Target) Marks and Spencer, John Lewis, (better quality), Home Living, TKMaxx and Homesense🇬🇧
ОтветитьWow you have covered so many things! All useful. Thank you! If you could speak little slower it helps really to absorb what you say!:xx I try to get my furniture on sales in shops. Even after learning the tips, I find it difficult to buy online and to trust their color etc.
ОтветитьLove your decor tips but what products do you use in your hair to get that bounce?
ОтветитьYou’re simply the best Miss Julie! Sharing all that you know would be of great help to anyone who wants to renovate or have a new home of their own.
ОтветитьHi Julie! Thank you for such amazing content. I literally was trying to figure out what good online shops to explore and then I found your video! I was wondering if the way you save photos and compare and cross off items is a specific app or was that just a video edit? My problem is that I peruse so many websites and then forget which items I like or I find it hard to compare to other items that catch my eye. I’m disorganized in my searching and then I may have spent hours shopping without any tangible results or direction. Instead I end up feeling overwhelmed with a million options. I was wondering if you had tips on organizing possible finds across several sites? Thank you!!
Ответитьsame here, I can see a piece of furniture thrown to the curb, and right away I can see how I will reupholster it, but my friend who does not have an imagination, thinks its just garbage!
ОтветитьI just purchased two chairs and two velvet ottomans for my livingroom from WAYFAIR 🥰
ОтветитьThank you! Any thoughts on shopping when you’re chronically ill and in pain a LOT?
PS You have helped me with your videos and sharing your knowledge so much! 💕🙏
This video is so inspiring!
ОтветитьWayfair is involved in a mass child trafficking ring. I love how the media & everyone ignores this and then goes on to support it despite the evidence against them😒💔
ОтветитьI love all your videos!! Julie do you think the lantern style of pendant lights for kitchen island are trending out?
ОтветитьYour stance on buying secondhand furniture to re-purpose and reupholster has really opened my eyes to more possibilities! I love that it's a more sustainable alternative to buying new, often low-quality and cheaply made furniture. Do you have any recommendations for furniture brands who have a more sustainable/ethical supply chain?
ОтветитьHi Julie!!! I love your content so much especially the last series because I’m moving into my place in a couple of weeks. I live in Canada and have been obsessed with finding a curved sectional sofa and I am having a really hard time. So you have any suggestions?
ОтветитьGreat secrets. I’m remodeling my liv room bathroom and kitchen and this is going to be so helpful.
ОтветитьWayfair. Overstock. Amazon
ОтветитьI’m a new subscriber, I love your videos, you’re a great interior designer, thank you for sharing.
ОтветитьI've found wonderful pieces at Tuesday Morning.
ОтветитьI love your videos and so need your help. I just purchased a house and every room the previous owner decorated in Japanese theme even down to the wall paper. It's taking all my energy to undo what she did and I don't have the money right now to redo every room at one time. I know you can't come to NY but help me please with my guest bathroom. It has a red Japanese border. Do I decorate the bathroom according to the color in there right now or do I gut the bathroom and do my own color? How do I get rid of that border without destroying the wall?
