what focus mode do you recommend for landscape photography and the Sony A6000
Ответитьmy center button doesnt allow me to get back to moving the spot. what setting will make this happen again. I think i set it to eye af now i want to get it back to movable spot
ОтветитьThanks you
ОтветитьSüper simple, thanks!
ОтветитьHi Robert, would you be able to confirm if this adjusting with the centre dial works with version 3.20? I could do it before but now I can't, only thing that's changed is my firmware
ОтветитьYes, after you 'set the spot' how do you unset the spot to start again?
ОтветитьHi, thanks for the video. Is possible to link the spot focus and spot metering in this camera? Is spot metering only available with the center spot?
ОтветитьHi Robert!
Does it work while filming ??
I love this simple straightforward instructional video. I have two questions though. In the video the rectangle on the LCD which indicates the focusing area disappears after you select for that spot. Is there a way to get that to stay up on the display? It seems like having disappear would be ok for tripod work, but it would be a pain to use for handheld shooting. Also, is there a way to change the size of that rectangle to get a smaller/more accurate focusing area, or be able to move it around faster? Thanks

nice camera...
but too much problems...
1- contrast
1- currency
1- depth of field
1- heavy weight
Your my hero! I was almost going to be crazy, because I could not change the focus point faster and thought about buying a different camera ...
Thank you so much for this Video
I love your no nonsense approach to teaching. Thank you.
ОтветитьI am having a problem with moving the flexible spot on my a6300. When I press the control wheel left, I get drive mode and when I go right i get the ISO. (as the camera is labelled)
ОтветитьThank you for Tricks!!
ОтветитьRob...nice and clear explanation, Well done. By the way, any good battery grip for Sony A6000 please?
ОтветитьRobert - love all your videos. You mentioned in this video about "zone focus" which is something used in street photography a lot. Please advise / point to a video on how you do Zone Focusing with the a6000 and is it lens dependent? I though you could only do that if you used legacy glass with the distance scales on them?
ОтветитьJust watched it again - you don't get a focus spot and a view of the scene in the viewfinder?
ОтветитьThanks - if you set up your camera like that will it stay like that when you switch it off and on again
