Guttsy move walking out to the edge on wet rocks without spikes or a felt bottom shoe/boot like fisherman use. The waterfalls, a NP?. Nice vid.

Great educational video!
As a non native English speaker i wanted to point something out.
I do really appreciate your clear voice and pronunciation. I don't know if you do this on purpose, but it is great to understand.
Keep it up 👍🏼

I love this spot! We have been there the past 2 times we were visiting Tennessee!! Jackson Falls is one of my favorites! There are sooo many good spots along the Natchez Trace for photography. I look forward to when we go up this July!!

Hi David,
I love your tutorial vids. I just purchased a A6400 and I noticed your using a A6000, what type of l-bracket are you using? I currently have one for my canon eos but I’m not sure if I can use the same one for my Sony.

The Palouse in Washington is not pronounced as you might think from its spelling. It is pronounced Pa LOOSE, not Pa Lowse.

Great info!!! I can’t wait to get out with my new Nikon 10-20mm, F4.5-5.6. Never thought about pointing camera down to stretch....have you ever shot anything in the Roan Mtn area? You should really come when the rhododendrons are in bloom...beautiful, you can see for miles & miles.

David,

I appreciate the "Pills" info.

I'll be shooting in the Reelfoot area beginning Thursday (5/2) through Saturday. Your provided information should prove helpful.

Thank-You,
Mike

Good video David thanks for sharing it. I am also in living in TN and looking for some good locations. Do you have a list of your favorite waterfall locations you would share?

Good explanation of approach to waterfalls image. Pop up cards missing from vid, but paused vid info icon produces two vid links (PhotoPills, and 1 Location 3 Landscape) — not focus stacking you referenced in this vid. How would you know when these particular wheat fields are ripe and not yet harvested?

Sometimes, landscape photography isn't about the big views, but about the smaller things. I like that approach.

And... Isn't Tennessee well known for its whisky, too? If I'm right, some quite famous brands are there... 🤔 I prefer wine, though. 😅
