i still get pop ups even though i uninstalled

When i went on to control panel to uninstall it did not show up it is a non existent application on my control panel

AND ON CONTROL PANEL THERE IS NO QUICK DRIVER BUT I STILL HAVE THIS QUICK DRIVER I DEFENITLY CALL IT "Virus"

But if i wanna search i cant cuz Quick driver dont stop sending me every sec i get message from this "QUick"
