I had to reinstall (download the same CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe version as I had on my computer and install; no uninstallation of what I already had needed) and then the previously-missing very-coveted wfcrun32 magically reappeared! then I was able to "Open With" wfcrun32 as you noted.
