How To Install/Flash Custom Rom and Custom Kernel - Android Tips #3

I know this video was made in 2016, but at least provide the exact link to the Roms and Kernels. I can't find anything about Kernels anywhere in XDA, and I know its a big Android site.

If the rom had some issues .. is it possible to downgrade back to the original rom (stock rom) of your phone ?

Im just so curious because i already broke a lot of phones before so i really need to be sure...

then is it okay to install a custom rom that has a higher android version ? like: you have a lollipop then you will install a nougat ..?

So you flash a new Kernel automatically when you install a new Custom Rom?
