I needed to see this. I used to think that I was wrong in thinking this way because what is wrong with being fully involved in spirituality. It can do us no harm. It's true, but you must understand that you do not need to force yourself into it. Like she said, we need to put a foot in this material world too and understand that at what point we are starting to become fanatic.

about food i don't like what she says ,she is making vegeterian a superior people and non vegiterian as lower people
for me both are same they kill living being to get food.

Remember in Hinduism carcasses are not ordained as food so much so that there are different types of edible items which are considered defiled eg. Meat, fish, and even onions, garlic which arenot rooted in proper soil. They grow in subsoil and it is not recommended. Fish is the most defiled creature it eats its own carcass. It is lower than other animals and least fit for eating.
