ОтветитьHe's just aroace lol
ОтветитьHe’s the villain cuz he’s a nazi??????? Not cuz his parent didn’t love him just cuz he’s a genuinely horrible person who hurts other people for fun
Ответитьare you a teacher?
ОтветитьDid you misgender JK on purpose? Because that would *chef kiss*🤌 if you did
ОтветитьIt was never because he was born out of a loveless union??? It was because he was never ever shown any love as a child and so never needed to show any to anyone. It has parallels to Harry’s childhood, because after his parents died, he was never shown love until he arrived at Hogwarts
ОтветитьOr if he'd been adopted by a living family.
ОтветитьHE did an interview?
ОтветитьI feel bad for Tomling (Voldy) 😢
ОтветитьI'd never thought about that. Great point.
One correction though. Bellatrix and Voldemort never had a relationship
I heard a theory that if his father had stayed. Instead of a dark lord he would have gone into politics
ОтветитьWtf is unalived
ОтветитьLay off the coffee
Ответитьtom is also autistic
it kinda makes sense to me
JK Rowling is a girl 😭
ОтветитьNo I feel like that’s what made him like want to prove everyone wrong and while doing that made a horcrux which makes you not love
ОтветитьYou can't set up your camera and just say your piece? You gotta hop off a chair and talk down from a weird angle? Gotta be extra and QuIrKy at your age?
ОтветитьI always assumed Voldemort is a medical psychopath. It makes sense because he was described to be different from the other children in his orphanage, like not crying as a baby, and his sadism and lack of empathy. He has many psychopathic traits
ОтветитьOMG
ОтветитьI bet it was an interesting theory. Sadly I understood half of what was said.
ОтветитьI mean, if you wanna speculate. I figured dude was just diagnosably psychopathic, a condtion very much NOT helped by his conditions growing up in an orphanage in London during WWII (Chamber of Secrets takes place in the 92-93 school year, the last time the chamber was opened was 50 years ago, meaning 42-43, when Riddle was in his late teens). Dude was likely an undiagnosed psychopath, who hated his muggle family that never acknowledged him, hated being thrown from the wizarding world into war-torn London every summer, a war being waged by muggles, for muggles, and all of this festered.
ОтветитьNoooo poor Tom-a-long-a-ding-dong!!!
ОтветитьWhat makes no sense to me is because Tom Riddle is supposedly the heir of Slytherin but how when he's a halfblood!!??
ОтветитьWhen she made that clicking sound I thought about Harry and:
"Don't forget the pincers"
😭😂😅
Babes at the edge of discovering Tom riddle fanfiction.keep going. You'll love it in here
ОтветитьIt's not because it's a loveless union, it's because the love potion itself was the problem. Being conceived under the effects of a love potion has the opposite effect on the baby - it grows up not being capable of love. Merope didn't just "unalive". She was starving, pregnant and heart broken. She died giving birth as many, many women have done through history. It happens. Childbirth is horrific and dangerous when you're HEALTHY. She was far from it. It's a miracle Tom survived.
Voldemort is not capable of feeling love because that's what love potions do to you. Saying that he would have been fine had Merope survived is hogwash and send the message to parents of psychopathic and sociopathic children that it's THEIR fault their kid turned out that way. That they just didn't love them enough.
Magic made Voldemort what he was. Simple as.
Voldemort understood love and that it was important which is why he asked Lily to move repeatedly. Crazy headcanon below...
ОтветитьMy theory discarding all knowledge is that his parents cut off his nose starting his villain arc
ОтветитьI hate to break this to you, but not all abused children grow up to be genocidal maniacs, and not all genocidal maniacs had difficult or loveless childhoods. I hate this theory because it’s arbitrary and gives too much sympathy to Voldemort, who could have chosen a different path, but was greedy and self important.
ОтветитьHonestly I don’t think Tom is that much of a bad guy if you look at him through a certain perspective. His mom love potioned his dad and she died in child birth and dad didn’t want him. Then he gets sent off to an orphanage where he grows up without knowing his magic and one he starts having accidental magic he thinks he is different than the other’s especially since the others noticed his difference. We as humans don’t gravitate to people who are different so he was probably alone with no friends and he most likely hated him self because he is different. Then this old dude comes and tells him he is a flipping wizard and he goes to this magical school in the middle of nowhere. And since he never had anyone to trust he put up walls and every “friend” he had was really just a follower. Then he started to hate muggle borns and half bloods most likely because his father abandoned him. He gets all powerful and becomes a powerful dark wizard. Then the prophecy is prophesied and he is terrified to lose everything he ever had to a half blood. So he goes and tries to kill baby harry because he felt threatened which is a normal human reaction. He then gets killed or something for 13 or 14 years and he comes back to find that not everyone is loyal to him anymore even Malfoy claimed he used a curse on him and he was one of his trusted followers. Then he fights just to get killed without ever feeling love. I feel like if someone had shown him genuine love and respect he would have been different. Sorry for this long af rant.
ОтветитьOne thing that no one ever actually says in cannon, that I always think about is actually said in Starkid’s A Very Potter Senior Year, while yes it’s a comedy parody show, their are some serious moments and one that sticks with me is basically Voldemort, when he’s a kid thinks he destined to be a villain/was born bad because the first thing he ever did in life was kill his mom. Like that’s so SAD
