How to Overcome Fear and Anxiety Moving to a New City

Leaving family in Miami to Houston. Goodness. Scary especially since I have kids

I am going from El Paso to Fort Lewis today. Even though i already left for basic and korea, i still get nervous or scared of the future. I don't think i can ever get over this

I'm moving to Connecticut from NYC. I'm terrified,! I have made much further moves. I have no idea why this scares me.

As a lifelong Californian, I just moved to the East Coast today due to a new job. I’m feeling terrified even though there’s nothing bad going on.

I moved into my new apartment yesterday and now all I feel is fear and anxiety. I don't even know why. I mean when I went site seeing I was estatic and loving it but coming back to the apartment I just have been in a constant state of anxiety for no reason and I hate it

Moving from Skye, Scotland to Melbourne Australia in 2 weeks... now its official i am nervous my anxiety and depression may creep in on my on the otherside of the world.

Leaving today to move from California to Michigan. I am so nervous and sick to my stomach over it

Im currently in the process of moving from Seattle to Oklahoma City. I'm sufficiently terrified and I'm seeing things differently, if that makes sense. I'm doing what I can to overcome it, but I know I need to for my career and life betterment.

1 year ago I was afraid to move from this city and so I (we) didn't and now another year later I'm unhappily renting a house here since I'm again to afraid to take a risk, a chance, and more to where I'd (my son and I) would be much happier. I'm afraid of the following 1) running out of money 2) something happening to the money I have 3) not being able to find a rental and 4) staying in a weekly rental probably kind of dumpy motel room. We are both to afraid to take the chance.
