I listened to this once a day for a few days leading up to a period, and I had zero cramps. During the very first listen, I could feel something happening in my body. Thank you so much. I'll continue listening once a day for the other benefits.

Update: Just had another easy period. I continued to listen once a day in the morning throughout the month. I did forget one day, though I don't think it affected anything. There was some minor discomfort on the heaviest day, but I only had to take one dose of Advil and I was all set. Before, there were times where I had to take several doses. I also noticed that PMS symptoms were a lot less severe (ex. less irritation/anger and bloating). So this field really does seem to balance out hormones.
