As you look upon star filled sky of little planet's "good future" and down to the time stone in the palm of your hand you wonder "where are all those poor animals i saved?"... "TARGET SPOTTED!" . just then you're interrupted by some metallic foe seeming more advanced then before. sharpened metal, spiky quills and smoke coming for the flames that burned literally in it's head and heart as if it has... a job that must be done. you scatter before this metal monstrosity can touch you. it engages you in a intense chase as it hurdles itself at you as fast as it can. eventually it just starts to... slow down? you quickly turn your attention to none other than the villainous Doctor Ivo Robotnik, but he doesn't quite look the same... he seems bloated (more so than usual) and his face turned red? with his eyes and lips nowhere to be seen. brushing this off you taunt the mad scientist on his failing robot. "you don't even know your fate hedgehog" he says as he laughs manically. you suddenly get a very bad feeling and start to speed up. as you're running you look and see that the "bucket of bolts" is flying at top speeds ahead of you, it's a trap! you decide to keep playing along knowing that Robotnik can't win now that his trick has been foiled. the he starts to slow down, realizing whats about to happen you pretend to let your guard down while taunting him. as the blistering piece of machinery charges toward you you quickly jump out of the way. you taunt the robot far its unsuccessful ambush and chuckle toward yourself. "THE DOCTOR REQUESTED HIS MEAL! AND I WILL BE THE ONE TO COOK IT RIGHT UP FOR HIM!" you brush it off as you decide it's time to kick this off to high gear! you call upon power of the 6... 7?! Chaos Emeralds hoping they can do something about the current situation, but instead of bestowing power back to the land it bestows their power upon... YOU?! you feel a rush of energy flowing through your veins. you feel like you can run up mountains, float on clouds, and run as fast as light, everything feels possible now! but right now you have only one goal in mind, save little planet, and stop the nefarious scientists plans. this was it, a race against time and the most monstrous being on the planet! you rush and soar above the racetrack floor dodging and evading the "rust buckets" attempts to grab you. you can see its eyes start to flicker, it starts to slow down but it goes limp and parts are undoing themselves. that "thing" won't be doing anymore harm for what's to come. your power slowly starts to fade, thats ok though you had your fun. you taunt the doctor one last time while clutching the time stone you collected. "HEDGEHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!" the doctor screams as you rush off. why was he so desperate to capture you this time?, where are all the animals? and what happened to Amy Rose? you ponder on these questions while you head for the next zone in hopes to create a better future...

Has anyone noticed that furnaces flame colors correspond to the note it's singing?

You have keep a bar filled to a certain point to keep sonic focused on his surroundings instead of just Starved and taunting him which allows him to see Furnace and also prepare for the upcoming attack

why does furnace steals soul sand and eat alot of soul sand

I love all the little details in the song like when furnace is below sonic looks below and when furnace is catching up he reaches his hand out for sonic also the fact that sonic ignores starved when he sees furnace below

Not too downplay the music or the effort that when into this, but why is Prey a remix of S3&K's final boss theme or at least has obvious liet motifs in the beginning rather than a remix of SS Bad Future outside of the alarms. just something odd I noticed, still love the music though

when sonic turned into super sonic, furnace fire turned pink, witch means the fire/gas that was making him move was running out, So he went as fast as he could.

I FINALLY NOTICED A DETAIL AFTER THIS VIDEO WAS OUT 9 MONTH'S AGO. So I Guess You Thought Why Sonic Werent Afraid Of
Furnace Grabbing Him In Super Sonic Form . And Furnace Not Grabbing Him. Thats Because He Can Easily Get Out. Why? Well Theres 3 Reasons.
1:Furnace's Engine Is Overheating Because Of The Chase Speed. So He Is Weaker And If He Kept The Speed At That Limit For The Whole Chase He Would Likely To Just Break Apart With Exploding.
2:Sonic Can Do A Dash And Break Out Of Furnace's Hand. Theres 3 Things That Can Happen With This: Sonic Just Dashes And Goes On By Himself When Sonic Dashes,Furnace's Arm Also Break With Him Because He Is Holding Him At Full Power.
Furnace's Arm Doesnt Break BUT Since He Is Holding Sonic At Full Power. He Would Fly With Sonic. And After Sonic Would Throw Him Into The Ground Like What He Did To Sonic On Bad Ending. Thats What I Think Because Of A FanMade Cutscene

finally a good ending sonic is cool and i would not wanna see him die so this is cool

Ig this isn't really the place to ask, but I can't find anywhere else that might have answers: The mod doesn't pause, and also the misses, time, and score wont show up. I'd assume it might be a LUA problem, but I really don't know (I feel like half the time things I get for FNF have problems I can't find solutions to, and if this doesn't get answers, oh well, I'll live in the end)

One thing i keep seeing in these remakes is that after sonic and eggman finish talking, sonic doesnt increase in speed like how the original song does, sonic does the figure 8 peel out but doesnt increase in speed.

I posted this on another video but I have a bit of a headcanon on this.

The Sonic in this Good Ending isn’t normal Sonic. But instead it’s Classic Sonic from Sonic Generations. A Sonic that fought Metal Sonic early, a Sonic that became Super Sonic, (if it’s the 3DS version then it’s a Sonic that learned the Boost and Homing attack early.)

Basically it’s a Sonic with a lot more experience and skill than the other ones who failed before him. One that this Eggman isn’t prepared to truly beat with the tools he has now.

If he has the Chaos Emeralds, that mean he can rewrite reality with Chaos Control making it so Eggman never ate anyone

The fact they kept the same distance with super sonic as they did with normal sonic means that they were slowing down just to toy with him on purpose.

tbh furnace is kinda lazy cuz if he is like 2 cms away from sonic when he is in his super form why couldn’t he just push a bit more into it and get sonic before he fell back ._.

My headcanon is that THIS is the Canon version of Prey, while the other version is the Bad (but not necessarily canon) ending

One thing I like is that sonic really doesn’t even need the time stones to good super it’s built in him so the time stones are a means of resetting time as many have said
