How to Fix Whirlpool® Dishwasher F2E2/F1E2 Error Code

Got this error code, replaced the circuit board, then the same thing happened within a month. Currently looking for a different new dishwasher and definitely won't be buying another whirlpool anytime soon.

Wrong. Did not work.for F2 E2. Had to remove door panel., clean and jiggle connections .Then it worked for one week and happened again.

Tried this. Worked the first time, came back, tried again, won't clear, consulted the manual and there is nothing about any error codes anywhere.

This video is literally “Did you try turning it off and on again?” So useless. I know it’s because Whirlpool wants you to pay service men to actually fix issues but You could at least tell us what they error code means so we can pursue what’s parts to replace

That didn't work. Why would this happen anyway? Aren't these appliances supposed to have a 10 year warranty? Mine barely lasted three years before this started to happen. Jeez, seems like the newer versions are just junk. Go find one decades old and I bet it will outlast anything built now.

Another lemon. This did not work for me and still having same issue. They should be designed with a better seal to prevent this from happening. Especially if the control panel is on top. Disappointed.

I'm having this error code again. If you've found your way to this page, you should probably buy a different brand of dishwasher. This will be the 2nd dishwasher from Whirlpool to have this same exact issue. Less than 4 years total for 2 dishwashers.
