ОтветитьMe and a friend who's a MMA fighter and extremely fit are doing this now in the gym and we are feeling it. Granted, I did the day 6 workout two days ago. It's a calorie burner and doesn't half work the core.
It determined we need to increase our core and not as strong as we thought.
My abs are starting to show🥺 I’ve been doing this workout consistently.

ОтветитьI did this workout as part of the hiit it harder challenge, but I was worried about it being only 15 min. I usually like to have a workout be at least 25 minutes to feel like I got the full effect, so I added on to this one. Has anyone done this challenge with the shorter workouts and still see results?
