I've consumed true crime content and no bodycam footage has made my stomach turn as much as Steven's detainment. What a nightmare. It's so emotional as opposed to a premeditated or mentally ill perpetrator. I'm his age. This is not a comment on his actions, but an observation about the environment itself and the mental chaos fueling it. Nightmare. Absolute nightmare.

I live near the campus. Sad, getting really bad. Lots of nodders (fentanyl addits) its horrible to watch people waste away. They walk around half. Naked. We saw one masterbating. We tell our kids to watch the movie instead of looking out the window

If you have ever seen frat boys, then you know: these brats were DRUNK. If you want to see an example of how hard drunks will lie, go watch the Sarah Boone case. She killed her boyfriend, on camera, by zipping him in a suitcase and failing to release him when he begged for his life and said he can't breath. But Sarah claimed to police, and even took the stand, and claimed that Jorge was going to kill her. The victim was 3x the limit to drive AND had xanax in his system. I have zero doubt that those frat losers were similarly drunk and drugged. At that level of extreme intoxication, one simply can not remember what happened. So really, they should not have been allowed to testify, you ask me.

Listening to the story Stephen tells is infuriating. He was THE ONLY danger there after he picked up that gun and hopped out of his car and started shooting people IN THEIR BACK in one case! And he thinks they’re trying to take the gun and shoot him??? No you idiot, They were trying to stop YOU- the only homicidal maniac there- from continuing his insane uncalled for massacre of multiple people.

I really do enjoy these channels, what I don't however, is the fact their is always attention seeking comments. Usually 'the way you tell the story like nobody else!' It gets tiring to see too often.

What a horrible case! My heart breaks for this family & for the pure hell that poor girl went through. I think, without a doubt, they were trying to traffic her! I pray for peace for her family & friends. I will never feel safe enough to travel outside of the US. It's sad that we have to miss out on the culture & beauty of other countries because of things like this.💔🕯️

The victims group acted brashly and it should be a reminder to all of us to not instigate such situations….. however that should never be a death sentence. Absolutely abhorrent to open fire on people for punching you AFTER you already escaped and ran away. If he couldn’t find his keys he should’ve locked the car doors and hid inside. He clearly stated they had no weapons. And expecting them to allow you to administer first aid to their friend that you just shot???? At least those guys have the excuse of being drunk. The fact that Steven did all of this completely sober is even more sinister in my opinion. He’s naturally violent.

As I mother I feel for Colin’s Mom. But. It could have been Steven’s mom saying the same thing if things had gone the way Steven perceived. Horrible situation for all involved. Too much drinking on college campuses.

The aggressive drunk guys instigated this whole thing. I believe Stephen was afraid. I believe he got the gun and came back because he felt “big” with it in his hand. He thought they would back down.

I believe in the instant he shot, it was fear and self-defense. But grabbing the gun was not self-defense.

Young people shouldn’t have guns unsupervised. Make a foolish mistake with your fist, and it’s much less likely to end someone’s e’s life than making a foolish mistake with a gun.

Stephen and the drunk guys all made stupid choices. None of them behaved well.

Americans frequently claim "self defense" when they shoot someone in situations where without a gun, no one would have died. Self defense isnt shooting at people because you're scared and/or angry.

The instant that the dude tried to claim that he was politely telling them to leave and every time that he mentioned it he made sure to put the word politely at the beginning and made me know that he was absolutely lying from the start
